《晋文公》章通过对春秋五霸中齐桓公和晋文公的评价,引出了如何从诸侯执掌礼乐征伐的无道天下回归有道的礼乐政治生活的问题。从两人的正谲区分入手,提示了尊王崇礼和政治的僭越之间的错综关系。在陪臣执国的政治困境中,孔子和孔门以一种相当艰难的政治姿态不断回应已然衰落的郁郁周文。在多少有些吊诡的政治践行中,孔子及其弟子回归礼乐生活的政治理念得以展开,其政治路径和政治困境也开显出来。
