心肌缺血患者常有心前区疼痛等临床表现,但近年来文献报道心肌缺血患者表现为无痛性者亦颇为常见,并称之为无痛性心肌缺血(简称SMI)。现将SMI的基本概况综述如下。
Myocardial ischemia patients often have precordial pain and other clinical manifestations, but in recent years the literature reported myocardial ischemia in patients with painless were also quite common, and called painless myocardial ischemia (referred to as SMI). The basic overview of SMI is summarized below.
