创建国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校,是国家在当前社会发展的关键时期,为创新教育机制,提高育人效益,推动职业教育科学发展面实施的重要计划。北京铁路电气化学校作为全国首批中等职业教育改革发展示范学校,抓住难得的发展机遇,把建设“国家中等职业教育改革发展示范校”作为重点工作,以改革促发展、以创新增活力,以提升全体教师能力为重点、以培养骨干为抓手、以打造优秀创新团队为目标,在示范校师资队伍建设中,进行了大胆实践与探索,取得了一些较明显成效。
