Controllable electrolytic honing is a new processing method for controlling the electric field strength on the surface of the workpiece during the electrolytic honing in real time by a microcomputer so as to control the metal removing speed at each point and obtain the geometric accuracy required by the workpiece. Aiming at the instability of electrolysis electric field during voltage open-loop control electrolysis process, the closed-loop control of electrolysis current is proposed. Experiments show that based on the current closed-loop control of electrolytic machining, machining accuracy has been greatly improved
