产前超声发现胎儿腰部的实质性肿块提示有肾实质和输尿管先天发育异常或是肿瘤。如能显示肾脏,膀胱或估计羊水量将提供进一步诊断的资料,但在一些病例只能于产后检查时方能了解肿块的起源和性质。组织学检查能使许多病例在产前得到处理。现报告3例进行胎儿肾活检的可能性及组织学采集标本的可靠性研究。
Prenatal ultrasound found fetal lumps of the solid mass prompted renal parenchymal and ureteral congenital dysplasia or tumor. The ability to show the kidneys, bladder or estimated amniotic fluid volume will provide further diagnostic information, but in some cases the origin and nature of the mass can only be known at the time of the postpartum examination. Histological examination enables many cases to be treated prenatally. Now report 3 cases of fetal renal biopsy possibility and histological specimens collected reliability study.
