在真空炉外精炼炉上配上吹氧精炼装置,便可完成VOD操作。进行吹氧精炼时,可通过150L/min的氩气流来完成充分的搅拌。采用VOD操作后,大型不锈钢精炼的成本与原来的双联法相比较,降低了低碳铬铁的使用量,提高了铬的收得率。采用VOD操作即使精炼费用有所上升,但也能收到12~17%的成本费用。文中有图5幅,表3个。
