为了扩大建筑钢结构的加工制作能力,提高劳动生产率,把建筑钢结构的质量、数量和品种搞上去,更好地完成宝钢等工程的需要,第十九冶金建设公司金属结构制造厂,正在着手进行国内第一条300～1200毫米焊接 H 型钢生产线的筹建工作。这条生产线建成后,劳动生产率指标预计可达到80吨/人·年,接近目前的国际水平。十九冶金属结构厂目前正会同有关设计、施工、科研和生产厂,集中精力解决以下十个方面的课题:1.焊接 H 型钢系列化及结构节点标准化;2.钢板自动喷丸除锈工艺和设备;3.多头精密切割工艺试
