针对双侧强化换热管进行了管外工质R134a的池沸腾与管内工质水对流换热的传热试验,管内水的流动处于旺盛湍流状态。结合试验,分别用“威尔逊图解法”、“扩展Gnielinski法”、“修正Gnielinski法”和“新型曲线拟合法”计算管内换热系数。结果表明:对于管内流体旺盛湍流的流动,“威尔逊图解法”、“修正Gnielinski法”和“新型曲线拟合法”的数据处理结果基本相同,说明这3种方法可用于双侧强化管的试验数据处理。分析指出,这3种方法各有特点,需根据应用条件而适当选用,其中,“修正Gnielinski法”需慎重选用。
Aiming at the double-side heat exchanger tube, the heat transfer experiment of the pool boiling of the refrigerant R134a and the convective heat transfer of working fluid in the pipe was carried out. The flow of water in the pipe was in a state of strong turbulence. In combination with the test, the heat transfer coefficients in the tubes were calculated by using the “Wilson Graphical Method”, “Expanding Gnielinski Method”, and “Modifying Gnielinski Method” and “New Curve Fitting Method” respectively. The results show that the results of data processing of “Wilson’s Graphical Method”, “Modified Gnielinski Method” and “New Curve Fitting Method” are basically the same for the flow of strong turbulent flow in the pipe, indicating that these three methods can be used for double Test data processing of side reinforcement tube. Analysis pointed out that these three methods have their own characteristics, according to the application conditions to be properly selected, of which, “Gnielinski modified” should be carefully selected.
