长久以来,我国传统文化有一种倾向,就是特别看重埋头苦干的人,于是在教育中只要教师起早贪黑,循规蹈矩,严格遵循教学步骤,就一定是个好教师,然而,现代教育下的新课程观却使一些教师的做法不能得到学生的爱戴,也没有预想的成绩,因为在新的教育教学理念下如果教师缺少反思地苦干,只能原地踏步,所以,新课改下的教师一定要勤于实践,时刻反思,扬长避短,不断进取,逐步完善自己,以学生身心发展为本,切实减轻负担,提高课堂效率,构建高效课堂是我们每个教育人应该承担起的神圣职责。
