2,6-二芳亚甲基环己酮衍生物是一类重要的药物和化工产品中间体,它们已被广泛用作一些具有独特活性药物的合成。鉴于2,6-二芳亚甲基环己酮衍生物在医疗化工方面的广泛应用,人们对这类化合物的合成方法展开了一系列深入的研究,目前关于2,6-二芳亚甲基环己酮衍生物已有很多种有效的合成方法,本文主要综述了近几年来2,6-二芳亚甲基环己酮衍生物的合成方法。

2,6-Diarylmethylene cyclohexanone derivatives are a class of important pharmaceutical and chemical intermediates, they have been widely used as a number of unique active drug synthesis. In view of the extensive application of 2,6-diarylmethylenecyclohexanone derivatives in medical and chemical industry, a series of in-depth studies have been conducted on the synthesis of these compounds. At present, 2,6-diarylmethylene Cyclohexanone derivatives have many kinds of effective synthesis methods. In this paper, the synthesis methods of 2,6-diarylmethylenecyclohexanone derivatives in recent years are summarized.
