目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将84例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组。对照组42例,采用常规西药治疗;治疗组42例,在对照组治疗基础上,配合中药益气温阳、活血利水法治疗,两组疗程均21天。结果:治疗组总有效率88.10%,与对照组有较显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭可明显改善临床症状,疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic heart failure. Methods: Eighty-four patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 42 cases, the use of conventional Western medicine treatment group of 42 patients on the basis of the control group, with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Yang, blood and water treatment, the two courses of treatment were 21 days. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.10%, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the effect is significant.
