南方傀儡政权自从受美帝国主义扶植起来之后,就立刻提出所謂“土地改革”,并且提到它的“国策”地位上来。美帝国主义除了专款“援助”这个“改革”计划之外,它还特别选派以美国著名的土地改革专家拉特金斯基为首的顾问团到南方帮助傀儡集团草拟政策。
Since its establishment by the U.S. imperialists, the puppet regime in the South has immediately put forward the so-called “land reform” and has referred to its “national policy” status. In addition to the “reform” plan of “assistance”, the U.S. imperialists have specially selected a delegation led by the famous U.S. land reform expert Ratkinski to the south to help the puppet group to draft policies.
