AIM To retrospectively evaluate the diagnostic performance of free-breathing diffusion-weighted imaging(FB-DWI) with modified imaging parameter settings for detecting hepatocellular carcinomas(HCCs).METHODS Fifty-one patients at risk for HCC were scanned
