在手术显微镜下,采用精索内静脉结扎加腹壁下静脉转流治疗精索静脉曲张13例。测定手术前后精零静脉及腹壁下静脉压力,平均为1.42kPa、0.76kPa 和0.53kPa,有极显著差异(P 均小于0.01)。
Under the operating microscope, 13 cases of varicocele were treated with spermatic cord ligation and abdominal wall inferior venous bypass. Before and after surgery to determine the precision of the veins and the ventral vena cava pressure, with an average of 1.42kPa, 0.76kPa and 0.53kPa, a very significant difference (P less than 0.01).
