对心理想像训练和篮球技术动作结构的研究,创建了“中轴”教学法。该法为:在技术教学初期,就预先在学生大脑中建立起自我能知觉到的人体中轴座标,教师将这一座标与技术动作的讲解、示范相结合,并引导学生想像。通过教学实验对比和对学生考试成绩的统计分析,结果证明篮球技术“中轴”教学法不仅有利于学生对篮球技术中具有共性的主要技术环节的掌握,而且还能有效地避免常见错误动作的干扰,使学生在较短的时间内掌握正确、规范的篮球技术。
