为做好我国加入WTO的准备和加入WTO三至五年过渡期的工作,促进建设领域对外开放,经建设部党组研究同意,建立了部WTO工作司际联席会议。为加强组织协调,规范工作程序,提高工作效率,制定了联席会议工作办法。
In order to make preparations for China’s accession to the WTO and to join the transition period of three to five years after its accession to the WTO, China will open its doors to the outside world in the field of construction. With the agreement of the party group of the Ministry of Construction, we have established an inter-joint meeting for the WTO. In order to strengthen the organization and coordination, standardize work procedures and enhance work efficiency, a working method for joint meetings has been formulated.
