By bypassing the IMF and switching to WIO as a platform for formulating international rules, it is possible to obtain relatively fair results. Since the second half of 2007, Western political, economic and media circles have been mobilizing repeatedly to try to formulate global rules favorable to them on sovereign investment issues. On the one hand, they are anxious to continue to receive large-scale and long-term capital supply from sovereign investors in East Asia and the Gulf at a low price.
