1月1日,浪潮专家服务正式启动新呼叫中心系统。经过几个月的运行,新系统以整合化、智能化、标准化、自动化的特色正式应用于客户服务工作。在系统开发与升级过程中,浪潮专家服务始终围绕“以客户为关注焦点”这条主线,并融入“过程管理”思维模式,使客户服务流程更加规范,服务内容更贴近客户需求。
