高等职业院校旨在应用型人才的培养,因此教学过程应在满足理论教学的基础上突出实践教学,而工学结合则是高等职业院校办学的有效方式。本研究以顺德职业技术学院中外合作办学专业的教学模式为研究对象,详细分析该专业原实践授课模式在实施过程中存在的问题,通过合理安排实训时间及内容,改革考核方式等手段,改进实践教学模式,全面推进工学结合,构建依托区域、服务地方、政校企联动的合作模式,该成果也可为其他高职院校类似专业教学模式的探索提供一定的参考。
The higher vocational colleges aim at the training of applied talents, so the teaching process should emphasize the practice teaching on the basis of satisfying the theoretical teaching, while the combination of work and study is an effective way to run the higher vocational colleges. Based on the teaching model of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Shunde Vocational and Technical College, this study analyzes in detail the problems existing in the implementation of the original practice teaching mode. By reasonably arranging the training time and content and reforming the assessment methods, Practice teaching mode, comprehensively promote the combination of work and study, and build a cooperation mode relying on the linkage of regions, service places and schools, schools and enterprises. The results can also provide some reference for the exploration of similar professional teaching modes in other higher vocational colleges.
