三年来我部一直采用土法自制的黄连片防治痢疾,收到了应有的效果,并为国家节约了一笔经费。据初步估价,三年来自制黄连片约10万多片,价值人民币约三千余元。在这一工作中司药刘宗诚和蔡有贤两同志充分发挥了主观能动性,由开始用手捻药丸,进一步设想了弹壳制片法。用这种方法制作出来的片剂,虽然外表不很光滑,重量不够均匀,但是也有如下一些优点:(1)比手捻药丸的工作效率高,平均每小时可制片约1500多片;(2)成品大小基本一致;(3)器具简单,制法方便,在连队工作的卫生员也可以制作。有些缺点如经改进,可以克服。现把弹壳制片法介绍于下,供参考。制片工具:打气用橡皮球一个,步枪子弹壳一个
In the past three years, our ministry has been using native Coptis Chinensis for the control of dysentery and has received the due effect and saved a sum of money for the country.
