提出了一种新型的具有双阻带特性的组合式非周期性缺陷接地结构 (CNPDGS) ,利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)对其滤波特性进行了电磁仿真 ,研究了其结构尺寸变化对阻带特性的影响 ,研制了带宽可调节的双阻带滤波器 ,测量结果与仿真结果一致性很好 ,此结构的双阻带中心频率位置及它们之间的间隔随着结构参数的变化而变化 ,两阻带之间的间隔可从 3.5GHz到 12GHz.这种新型结构可有效地抑制信号中的低端和高端干扰 ,具有较好的带通滤波特性 .
A new type of combined aperiodic defect ground structure (CNPDGS) with double stop band characteristics is proposed. The filtering characteristics of the system are simulated by finite difference time domain (FDTD) Band characteristics of the double-band filter adjustable bandwidth, the measurement results and simulation results are in good agreement, the structure of the double stop band center frequency position and the spacing between them as the structural parameters change , The interval between the two stopbands can be from 3.5GHz to 12GHz.This new structure can effectively suppress the low-end and high-end interference in the signal, and has better band-pass filtering characteristics.
