DL—1型堵漏试验装置,用对岩心施加围压、驱压和回压来模拟井壁所受的挤压和静压差的作用,并经流动相似分析,使流动的钻井液对岩心端面和对井壁的剪切应力相同,使实验条件与井下环境极为相似。实验装置可作静态、动态堵漏实验,可测试内滤饼反向承压能力和反驱流量等实验,在长庆油田堵漏项目的研究中取得了较好的实验研究效果,并在现场堵漏中得到了验证,在生产中见到了实效。
