香蕉为世界主要热带水果。我国盛产的香蕉品质优良,具有皮薄、肉质柔滑、香甜多汁等特点,深受国内外消费者欢迎。近年来,我国广东、广西、福建、云南、海南等地香蕉生产发展很快,外运和北运的数量逐年增加。但由于香蕉呼吸强度大,新陈代谢旺盛,较之多数水果更不易贮藏和运输。
Bananas are the world’s major tropical fruits. China’s rich bananas of good quality, with thin, smooth meat, sweet and juicy characteristics, welcomed by consumers at home and abroad. In recent years, the production of banana in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Yunnan and Hainan has been developing rapidly in China. The number of Sinotrans and Beiyun increased year by year. However, due to the strong respiratory intensity of bananas, strong metabolism, compared with most fruits more difficult to store and transport.
