近年我们拟对日本原螋Labidura japonica de Haan进行室内饲养观察,但工作开始时感到虫源较为困难,在20瓦黑光灯下虽可见到此虫,但有的年扑灯时期较晚,数量不多;同时落入集虫盆内药液中的成虫又客易死亡,故不适作饲养用虫。经过多次试验,证明在诱捕器内投放饵料诱捕日本原螋方法简便,效果较为理想,在短期内可捕获大量的活虫供饲养观察。其具体诱捕方法是: 工具用高10.4厘米,口径7厘米的玻璃罐头瓶作诱捕器。诱饵用无盐味的小干鱼、干虾等;每个诱捕器内放入15克左右。
