随着工业的发展,氮肥施用量在逐渐增加。但是施入土壤中的氮肥受土壤微生物的作用,常常通过硝化、淋失和挥发而造成了氮素的损失。据一般报道,施用氮肥的利用率仅为30—50%。近年来,国内外试验在氮肥中添加少量硝化抑制剂(一般称氮肥增效剂),抑制土壤硝化微生物的活动,以便减少氮素损失,提高氮肥利用率。为了给生产和施用氮肥增效剂提供科学依据,我们于1976—1978年在武功红油土上应用稳定性同位素~(15)N 作了示踪试验,
With the development of industry, the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is gradually increasing. However, the nitrogen applied to the soil is affected by soil microorganisms, often causing nitrogen losses through nitrification, leaching and volatilization. It is generally reported that the utilization of nitrogenous fertilizer is only 30-50%. In recent years, domestic and foreign experiments adding a small amount of nitrification inhibitors (commonly known as nitrogen synergist) to nitrogenous fertilizers to inhibit the activities of soil nitrifying microorganisms in order to reduce nitrogen losses and improve nitrogen utilization.
