食用(木忽)木(Aralia cordata Thunb.)的根在中药作为土当归应用。它的幼茎日本人作为食用植物。从土当归的根中已分离出海松烷和贝壳烷类型的二萜类化合物,但仅少数的几篇文献报道了地上部分成分。作者将采自Tsukuba-shi的土当归干燥的地上部分用热甲醇提取,提取物在水和乙酸乙酯中分配,水层通过Diaion HP-20大孔树脂层析,以水、50％甲醇和甲醇洗脱,继经硅胶柱层析、重氮甲烷甲基化及HPLC纯化得到1～11个样品。经~(13)CNMR光谱,圆二色谱(CD)和化学法证明,其中有六个样品为新
The root of the edible wood (Aralia cordata Thunb.) is applied as a Chinese angelica in Chinese medicine. Its juvenile Japanese is used as a food plant. From the roots of soil Angelica, diterpenoids of the type of caspene and cardanones have been isolated, but only a few articles have reported the aboveground components. The authors extracted dried aerial parts from the soil of Tsukaba-shi from Tsukuba-shi and extracted them with hot methanol. The extracts were partitioned between water and ethyl acetate. The aqueous layer was chromatographed by Diaion HP-20 macroporous resin with water, 50% methanol and Elution with methanol followed by silica gel column chromatography, diazomethane methylation, and HPLC purification gave 1-11 samples. The ~(13)CNMR spectroscopy, circular dichroism (CD) and chemical methods prove that six of them are new
