为探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在急性脑梗死免疫损伤中的作用,采用放射免疫法测定了45例急性脑梗死血清和外周血单核细胞产生TNF含量,并与27例健康体检者进行比较。结果表明脑梗死血清和外周血单核细胞产生TNF水平增高,分别为(7.19±1.67)ng/ml、(45.74±14.60)mg/ml;正常对照组为(1.41±0.23)ng/ml(21.56±13.58)mg/ml,两组间比较差异有极显著性(P<0.001);重型脑梗死TNF含量亦较轻型显著增高(P<0.05)。提示TNF参与脑梗死的病理损伤过程,脑梗死血清及外周血单核细胞产生TNF含量测定可作为判断脑梗死病情、预后及指导治疗的一项免疫学指标。
In order to explore the role of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in immune injury of acute cerebral infarction, the levels of TNF in serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 45 patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured by radioimmunoassay and compared with 27 healthy controls. The results showed that the levels of TNF in serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells of cerebral infarction were (7.19 ± 1.67) ng / ml and (45.74 ± 14.60) mg / ml, respectively. The normal control group was (1 (21.56 ± 13.58) mg / ml, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). The TNF level of severe cerebral infarction was also significantly higher than that of mild type (P <0.05). Suggesting that TNF involved in the pathological process of cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells TNF content determination can be used as a judgment of the disease, prognosis and guidance of treatment of an immunological indicators.
