March 8, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Department of Communications launched in one fell swoop 1000 km of provincial highway construction projects to tender the whole society. According to Hao Jiye, director of the Department of Communications of the autonomous region, this 1,000-kilometer highway construction project is divided into 7 sub-sections and the construction funds are fully raised by using such methods as “padding and repairing roads, letting foreign investment and hotline with cold lines”.
