用显微注射法将胡子鲶总DNA导入江团受精卵中。孵育后对转化和对照鱼的外形、适应性进行比较分析;用PAGE法比较转化与对照鱼的血清蛋白、酯酶同工酶和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的图谱。结果表明:转化江团的平均体重增加1.2%;抗车轮虫病能力提高29.4%;耐低氧能力提高27.3%、血清蛋白的PAGE图谱有明显差异;酯酶同工酶谱显著不同,LDH和酯酶的染色活性远大于对照。上述结果表明,转化江团获得了供体的某些优良遗传特性。
Micro-injection method will be catfish total DNA into the zhejiang fertilized eggs. The results showed that the average body weight of transformed Jiang group increased by 1.2%, the resistance to rotifers increased by 29.4%, the tolerance to hypoxia increased by 27.3%, and the PAGE of serum proteins was significantly different. The esterase isozyme Significantly different spectrum, LDH and esterase staining activity is much larger than the control. The above results show that some of the excellent genetic characteristics of donors have been obtained from the transformation of the river group.
