数字化弧焊电源主电路部分采用AC-DC-AC-DC转换电路。逆变式的主电路使得弧焊电源的特性有了提升,采用软开关技术可以减小开关损耗,提高逆变焊接电源的可靠性。本文对全桥移相逆变电路中IGBT门极驱动的控制进行设计。由于随着频率的升高,输出电流纹波会减小,从而提高输出电弧的特性,选择FPGA可以大大的提高工作频率;其内嵌的NiosⅡ软核,可实现软件编程的方式控制弧焊逆变电源,使焊接电源控制更加灵活,以便获得比较理想的焊接电流、电弧电压波形控制。
The main part of digital arc welding power supply adopts AC-DC-AC-DC converter circuit. Inverter main circuit makes arc welding power supply characteristics have improved, the use of soft-switching technology can reduce the switching losses and improve the reliability of inverter welding power supply. In this paper, full-bridge phase-shift inverter IGBT gate drive in the design of the control. As the frequency increases, the output current ripple will be reduced, thereby increasing the output arc characteristics, the choice of FPGA can greatly improve the operating frequency; its embedded Nios Ⅱ soft core, the software can be programmed to control the way the arc Variable power supply, the welding power control more flexible, in order to obtain the ideal welding current, arc voltage waveform control.
