近年来,伴随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,信息化逐渐成为当前全球经济活动的重要特征,在工程项目建设中,工程项目管理的信息化建设也逐渐成为了现代企业项目管理的发展趋势。本文主要从工程项目管理信息化的内涵出发,阐述了工程项目管理信息化建设的影响因素,最后对工程项目管理信息化建设的问题及其对策进行探讨。
In recent years, along with the rapid development of China’s economic construction, informatization has gradually become an important feature of the current global economic activities. In the construction of projects, the information construction of project management has also gradually become the development trend of modern enterprise project management. Based on the connotation of project management informationization, this paper expounds the influencing factors of project management informationization construction, and finally discusses the problems and countermeasures of construction project management informationization.
