伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,内部控制在企业内部的关注度逐渐升温,已经成为现代企业管理的核心内容。随着企业经营规模的不断扩大,企业的经济活动频繁发生,内部控制制度的建设逐渐趋于完善。但是,目前我国很多企业在内部控制风险的构建方面还存在诸多问题,本文将就我国现代企业内部控制风险中存在的问题进行探讨,并探寻企业内部控制风险管理机制构建的有效策略。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, the internal control of internal control is getting more and more attention in the enterprise, which has become the core of modern enterprise management.
