单层或少层结构的过渡金属二硫化物是一类新型的类石墨烯材料,其中单、少层二硫化钼(MoS2)因具有更优异的电学和光学特性而被广泛应用于储氢、电极和润滑等领域。目前层状结构的MoS2作为催化材料的报道较少,多局限于加氢脱硫等催化加氢反应。但更多研究表明,具有二维结构的单、少层MoS2会表现出很高的催化活性。系统介绍了微机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、锂离子插层法和溶剂热法等单、少层MoS2材料的主要制备工艺,同时对此类材料在加氢、水分解制氢和有机染料降解等催化领域的应用进行了总结与展望。
