第一条为了进一步加强和规范行政事业单位工资和津贴补贴发放会计管理,全面、准确地核算工资和津贴补贴发放业务活动,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于各级行政事业单位(以下简称单位)。第三条单位发放给职工的工资(离退休费)、地方(部门)津贴补贴及其他个人收入按本办法规定设
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to further strengthen and standardize the administration of accounting for the payment of salaries and subsidies for administrative institutions, and for the comprehensive and accurate accounting of salaries and allowances and subsidies granting business activities. Article 2 The present Measures apply to administrative units at all levels (hereinafter referred to as “units”). Article 3 The wages and salaries (retirement expenses) paid by the unit to the staff and workers, subsidies and other personal incomes of the local (departmental) departments shall be provided according to the provisions of the present Measures
