当前,社会经济文化空前发展,成千上万的观众被体育独特的魅力所吸引,体育欣赏成为人们在日常生活中抒发感情、休闲娱乐的形式之一。体育的美主要表现在体育活动的特点上,体育欣赏实质上是一种审美活动。学校体育的中心就是体育课,而体育教学又是学校教育的关键部分。细致分析了当前高中体育教学的现状,阐明了体育欣赏在高中体育教育中的重要性。
At present, the socio-economic and cultural development has been unprecedented, tens of thousands of viewers are attracted by the unique charm of sports, and sports appreciation has become one of the forms in which people express their feelings and enjoy leisure activities in their daily life. The beauty of sports is mainly reflected in the characteristics of sports activities, sports appreciation is essentially an aesthetic activity. The center of school physical education is physical education, and physical education is a key part of school education. The status quo of physical education in senior high schools is analyzed in detail, and the importance of sports appreciation in physical education of senior high schools is expounded.
