晚近报道,甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)与磺胺甲异噁唑(SMZ)在混悬液中可按1:1的比例生成分子化合物,其结晶构造亦已被鉴定。本文研究商品TMP-SMZ混悬液中有否此类化合物的生成以及稳定性等问题。采用动电学实验法、红外光谱分析法和显微镜观察法进行了实验。对TMP-SMZ混悬液、TMP-SMZ分子化合物的混悬液,用微观方法测定了在不同pH时的电动电位,结果所得电动电位-pH曲线,基本相同。这是由于TMP与SMZ作用,转变成分子化合物的原故。两者
