嗜酸性粒细胞肉芽肿(Eosinophilic Granuloma),并非罕见,其好发部位为腮腺区,浅表淋巴结,以及上、下肢软组织;也见于胃,肠消化道.国外Virshup曾报道发生于咽部.我院发现一例位于扁桃体,现报道如下:患者王××,女性,75岁,于1979年9月11日入院,住院号94279.主诉:咽部异物感伴左侧咽部肿块4～5个月,
Eosinophilic granuloma is not uncommon. The predilection sites are the parotid gland, superficial lymph nodes, and the upper and lower extremity soft tissues. It is also found in the stomach and intestine. Virshup has been reported to occur in the pharynx. The hospital found a case located in the tonsil, are reported as follows: Patient Wang × ×, female, 75 years old, admitted to hospital on September 11, 1979, hospital 94279.
