本文采用九种氧化剂,探讨它们促进金氰化浸出的效果。试验发现:只要氧化剂的氧化电位大于-0.54V,就可以不同程度地促进金的浸出效果,这与我们的热力学讨论一致。氧化剂GY(一种混合试剂)的效果最好,可以提高金浸出率42.1%,缩短浸出周期5/6左右,处理每吨矿石的氰化钠用量减少1.5kg。镁盐和钾盐的氧化电位不足-0.54V,它们对金的氰化浸出没有促进作用。
In this paper, nine kinds of oxidants, to explore their effect of promoting gold cyanide leaching. The experimental results show that as long as the oxidation potential of the oxidant is greater than -0.54V, the leaching effect of gold can be promoted to some extent, which is consistent with our discussion of thermodynamics. Oxidant GY (a mixed reagent) has the best effect, which can increase the gold leaching rate by 42.1%, shorten the leaching cycle by about 5/6 and reduce the dosage of sodium cyanide by 1.5kg per ton ore. The oxidation potentials of magnesium salt and potassium salt are less than -0.54V, they do not promote the cyanide leaching of gold.
