通过种子乳液聚合的方法合成了不同玻璃化转变温度(Tg)聚合物乳液,然后将不同T_g的乳液按照不同比例进行混拼,得到不同理论T_g值的共混乳液。对共混乳液的Tg、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、铅笔硬度、抗冲击性、最低成膜温度(MFFT)、单体残余量(VOC)含量进行测试,并观察了乳胶粒子的形态。结果表明:软硬比45/55共混乳液的力学性能良好,断裂伸长率很高,为640%,乳胶粒径90nm左右,乳液中单体的残留量为0。
Different glass transition temperature (Tg) polymer emulsions were synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization, and then different T_g emulsions were mixed at different ratios to obtain different theoretical T_g blend emulsions. The Tg, the elongation at break, the tensile strength, the pencil hardness, the impact resistance, the MFFT and the monomer residual content (VOC) of the blends were tested. The morphology of the latex particles was also observed. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the blend with hardness of 45/55 were good, the elongation at break was high at 640% and the latex particle size was about 90 nm.
