目的探讨超声弹性成像与常规超声在良恶性乳腺肿瘤诊断与鉴别中的应用价值。方法采取回顾性的方法对我院2012年1月到2012年12月经手术病理证实的72例(85个病灶)患者的常规超声与超声弹性成像检查结果进行对比分析。结果 60个良性病灶中,53例诊断为良性,7例误诊恶性;25个恶性病灶中,22例恶性,3例误诊为良性;诊断恶性敏感度为88.0%(22/25),特异度为88.3%(53/60)。60个良性病灶中,56例诊断为良性,4例误诊恶性;25个恶性病灶中,24例恶性,1例误诊为良性;诊断恶性敏感度为96.0%(24/25),特异度为93.3%(53/60)。超声弹性成像诊断正确率为94.1%(80/85),常规超声诊断正确率为88.2%(75/85),超声弹性成像诊断正确率明显的高于常规超声诊断正确率(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论应用超声弹性成像鉴别诊断良恶性乳腺肿瘤效果明显的优于常规超声效果,在临床中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound elastography and routine ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods The retrospective method was used to compare the results of routine ultrasound and echography in 72 patients (85 lesions) confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012. Results Of the 60 benign lesions, 53 were diagnosed as benign and 7 were misdiagnosed. Of the 25 malignant lesions, 22 were malignant and 3 were misdiagnosed as benign. The diagnostic sensitivity was 88.0% (22/25) and the specificity was 88.3% (53/60). Of the 60 benign lesions, 56 were diagnosed as benign and 4 were misdiagnosed. Among the 25 malignant lesions, 24 were malignant and 1 was misdiagnosed as benign. The diagnostic sensitivity was 96.0% (24/25) and the specificity was 93.3 % (53/60). The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonic elastography was 94.1% (80/85), and the accuracy of routine ultrasonic diagnosis was 88.2% (75/85). The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonic elastography was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound (P <0.05) Statistical significance. Conclusion The application of ultrasound elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors is better than conventional ultrasound and has a high clinical value.
