目的了解放射工作人员工作满意度,为提高放射工作人员的工作效率和生活质量提供依据。方法从省级职防机构直管的放射工作单位中抽取医用放射工作人员620人问卷调查,并进行统计描述和统计分析。结果男性放射工作人员工作满意度高于女性;硕士及以上学历的放射工作人员较低层次学历人员高;月收入在1000元以下的放射工作人员工作满意度较低。结论放射工作人员工作满意度与性别、学历和收入有关。
Objective To understand the job satisfaction of radiation workers and provide the basis for improving the working efficiency and quality of life of radiation workers. Methods A total of 620 questionnaires of medical radiation workers were collected from the radiation units directly under the provincial level in charge of anti-personnel agencies, and statistical description and statistical analysis were conducted. Results The satisfaction of male radiographers was higher than that of women. The radiographers with master’s degree and above had higher educated staff at lower levels and the radiographers whose monthly income was under 1000 yuan had lower job satisfaction. Conclusion The job satisfaction of radiation workers is related to gender, academic record and income.
