目的:研究异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂及H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞调亡过程中对转录因子NF-κB表达的影响。方法:体外培养淋巴细胞,分别应用H2O2、异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂及两者联用处理,以及Westernblot检测细胞中NF-κB表达变化。结果:在淋巴细胞中,H2O2可使p65蛋白表达水平增高;异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂自身能使p65表达水平增高,且成熟剂强于清除剂,但同时对H2O2所致p65蛋白表达均有抑制作用。结论:异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂能拮抗H2O2所致淋巴细胞调亡时NF-κB的表达及异常活化。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of abnormal savda mature agent and scavenger and H2O2-induced lymphocyte apoptosis on the expression of NF-κB. Methods: Lymphocytes were cultured in vitro, and the changes of NF-κB expression in the cells were detected by H2O2, Aberrant samarium and scavenging agents, and Western blot respectively. Results: In lymphocytes, the expression of p65 protein was increased by H2O2. Abnormal savda mature agent and scavenger could increase the expression of p65, and the mature agent was stronger than the scavenger, but H2O2-induced p65 protein expression Have inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Abnormal savda mature agent and scavenger can antagonize the expression of NF-κB and abnormal activation of lymphocytes induced by H2O2.
