“同课异构”指同一教学内容,由不同教师根据自己的教学实际、所带班级学生的特点以及自己对文本的独特理解,完成备课与上课两个教学环节,最终实现让教师在教学研讨活动中教有所获,让学生在课堂学习过程中学有所得的目的。“同课异构”校本教研在新时期教学研究与课堂改革中发挥着越来越重要的作用。从教学的本质来看,“异构”是科学的形式;对教师而言“异构”是一种智慧,是可以使自己成为名师的一条有效途径。“同课异构”校本教研中每位老师都在不断地改进和完善。
