例1:女孩,9岁,住院号28703。因驱肠蛔虫于晨间口服驱虫净25毫克片剂4片,诉头晕、恶心、厌食。当晚又服4片。服后10分钟突然抽搐发作,全身呈强直性痉挛,眼球上窜凝视,尿失禁。历约5分钟自行缓解,急诊来院。既往健康,无癫痫发作史。体温与脉搏正常。血压140/90毫米汞柱。嗜睡状。内科及神经科查体无阳性发现。白细胞15600,中性78％,淋巴细胞22％。尿常规及肝功化验正常,胸透心肺无异常。入院后18小时内共癫痫大发作5次。经用抗癫痫药、脱水疗法等处理后缓解。此后随访5年再无发作。
