今年5月,中央军委主席胡锦涛签署通令,给西藏军区副司令员兼总医院院长李素芝记一等功,这是继李素芝荣获“全国民族团结进步模范个人”和“全军优秀共产党员”荣誉称号后的又一褒奖。其先进事迹2004年、2005年先后两次在全国巡回报告后,在全国引起了强烈反响,并形成了富有时代特色爱岗敬业、无私奉献的“李素芝精神”。满腔热忱执著奉献30年前,李素芝从第二军医大学毕业,在附属长海医院刚工作半年,就主动向组织递交了援藏的申请书。
