思想引领是共青团的根本任务,新时期新形势下,高校共青团工作面临众多新的机遇和挑战,也出现众多新情况和新问题,所以必须根据高校共青团的性质、任务来创新工作思路、改进工作方法,以促进高校共青团工作朝着更加科学、有序的方向发展。本文以“虚功实做”的思路从理论武装求实、调查研究笃实、工作设计扎实、干部作风务实、支建设落实五个方面来论述如何加强新时期高校共青团工作。
Under the new situation in the new period, the work of the CYL in colleges and universities faces many new opportunities and challenges as well as many new situations and problems. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the work train of thought and improve the work according to the nature and tasks of the CYL in colleges and universities Methods to promote the Communist Youth League work toward a more scientific and orderly direction. Based on the idea of “virtual reality”, this dissertation tries to argue how to strengthen the work of Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the following five aspects: theory of armed conflict, truthfulness in investigation and research, solid work design, practical work style of cadres, and construction and implementation.
