目的:研究神农香菊植株中木犀草素的含量,探讨木犀草素在神农香菊不同营养器官中的分布规律。方法:采用DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120 C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH2.5)-甲醇为流动相;流速0.5mL·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长为350nm。结果:木犀草素在0.012~1.2μg范围内线形关系良好,平均回收率为97.3%,r=0.9999,RSD为1.30%。结论:木犀草素在神农香菊中的含量分布规律依次为花、茎、全草和叶,其在花中的含量最高。
OBJECTIVE: To study the content of luteolin in the plant of Shennongxiangju, and to study the distribution of luteolin in different vegetative organs of Shennongxiangju. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of DIONEX-ACCLAIM.120 C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, phosphate buffer (pH 2.5) -methanol as mobile phase, flow rate of 0.5 mL · min- For 350nm. Results: Linearity of luteolin in the range of 0.012-1.2μg was good with an average recovery of 97.3%, r = 0.9999, and RSD of 1.30%. CONCLUSION: The content distribution of luteolin in Shennongxiangju is flower, stem, whole plant and leaf in turn, and its content in flower is the highest.
