首秦1号高炉停炉检修28天,开炉送风点火36h后恢复到正常生产水平。其主要经验是:烘炉彻底,有效保护了喷涂料完整,减少了送风后铁口喷溅;全炉焦比选择合理,弥补了开炉初期大量热量消耗;废枕木填充炉缸与预埋氧枪操作方式,促进了渣铁顺利流出;充足的炉缸热度,既改善了渣铁流动性,又为后期加重焦炭负荷、降低[Si]提供了热度保证;开炉后,结合喷涂造衬对煤气流分布影响,适时调整装料制度,使炉况稳定顺行。
