目的:测定母血促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平及胎盘组织中CRH、环氧合酶-2(COX2)的表达,为早产的预测提供线索。方法:随机选取早产孕妇30例及满28周不足37周要求引产的孕妇30例,应用酶联免疫法测定母血CRH及PGE2含量,应用免疫组化法测定胎盘组织中CRH、COX2的表达。结果:早产组母血CRH水平较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早产组母血PGE2水平较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),母血CRH水平与PGE2水平呈正相关性(P<0.05),早产组胎盘中CRH表达较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早产组胎盘中COX2表达较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRH、PGE2可能与早产发动有关,二者在早产发动中有协同作用。
Objective: To determine the levels of maternal serum corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and the expression of CRH and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX2) in placenta tissue, providing clues for the prediction of preterm birth. Methods: 30 pregnant women were randomly selected from preterm delivery and 30 pregnant women who required induction of labor within 28 weeks and 37 weeks. Serum CRH and PGE2 levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The expression of CRH and COX2 in placenta was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The CRH level in preterm labor group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The PGE2 level in preterm labor group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) The CRH level in maternal blood was positively correlated with PGE2 level (P <0.05). CRH expression in preterm labor group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The expression of COX2 in preterm labor group was higher than that in control group Increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: CRH and PGE2 may be related to the mothers of premature delivery, and both of them have synergistic effects in the motivation of preterm labor.
