讨论本例病史及妇科检查有如下特点:(1)中年妇女,无停经史;(2)临床表现为月经过多三年(主要为月经周期缩短,经量增多);(3)盆腔触及肿块,妇科检查子宫增大如3个月妊娠,且质硬、高低不平感;(4)随肿块增大出现膀胱压迫症状;(5)白带增多;(6)贫血症状;(7)继发不育史。其中尤以月经过多及盆腔内触及肿块为突出。讨论稿中所涉及的要点
